Amy Wagner

Amy Wagner was raised in Alabama where she obtained a BS degree from Auburn University, Auburn, Al (’88). Amy has lived in Louisville since 1989, where she received a Masters’ Degree from the University of Louisville, Louisville, Ky (96’).

Amy maintains her Real Estate License in multiple states. She has served her communities and clients for over 33 years as an Educator, Counselor, Administrator, Owner/President of a Design & Staging Firm and Owner/President of a Construction Company.

With a dynamic and devoted personality, Amy gives 110% to every project that she is a part of. Amy’s passion is helping clients to maximize the profitability of their properties with her professional expertise. Amy was awarded Louisville Business First Best Commercial Construction & Design of an Educational Property (Spencerian College) 2018.

Amy is a devoted mother of two. Her son, Joseph is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Chase Law School @ NKU. Amy’s daughter, Katie-Lawrence is attending the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program working towards a degree in Fashion Design. In her spare time Amy enjoys spending time with family & friends, traveling, yoga and skeet shooting.
