Amy young at Mission Realty was amazing. Our move was sensitive as we are moving out of state and leaving some family behind. We made amazing memories in our home. Amy was sensitive and supportive. She presented us with comparable listings and sales that helped us decide on a fair listing price. Her advice paid off. She hosted the perfect open house that resulted in an offer over asking. She went above and beyond to help us meet some of the sellers responsibilities during escrow. The closing was smooth and we celebrated the night of closing with hugs and photographs. Amy is such a fantastic Realtor, professional and an excellent human. I had the opportunity to help a buyer purchase a property she represented the seller on, and it could NOT have been a smoother process.

She's very organized and clear with communication and timelines and we were able to work around any potential hurdles before they ever became relevant.

Because this was a new construction, there were some details with utilities that had to be worked out between the seller, buyer and the city for a few months after close. Amy went beyond what can be expected from many listing agents and followed up THROUGHOUT the process to ensure that my clients were never inconvenienced by any of it.

I also need to express my thanks to the sellers who were so proactive and considerate throughout the process.

I would recommend Amy to anyone that values professionalism along with genuine empathy and consideration and would LOVE to work with Amy again!

Amy was a perfect combo of professionallism and kindness during our escrow, where she rep'd the seller and I rep'd the buyer. No major problems came up at all, but any bump in the road was met with amazing communication and a very reasonable solution. We closed on time and, most importantly, with all parties involved happy.
