In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. I continue my education on a regular basis, including obtaining additional designations specific to real estate, Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the latest education to help homeowners in this ever-changing market of short sales, foreclosures and loan modifications to help customers keep their homes - Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
