Amy Zonarich Powers is a Pennsylvania native who lived in Maryland, Massachusetts, and Colorado before realizing her dream to live close to the beach. Her business degree initially led her to work in sales and marketing, but after a move to Charleston in 2004 and buying and selling another home in the process, she found a new career, and throughout her 15+ years selling real estate in Charleston full-time, she is never lost the passion for the business. That passion is evident, not only in Amy’s enthusiasm in finding everything from the right land investment to the perfect waterfront dream home for her clients (and everything in between), but also in her repeat business. When it comes to success, nothing says more than a referral, and in 2017, 100% of her clients have been repeat clients or referred by one, with more than 90% in the last four years in that same category. That is because Amy prides herself on building solid relationships and is happy to say that many clients have become friends. She realizes it’s important to listen to not only to what people say, but what they don’t say. Although she is in the top 10% of realtors in Charleston, she never wants so much business that she cannot personally provide high-level, personalized service, going beyond the expected. In fact, she expects the unexpected and brings experience, diligence, and solid negotiating to the table. Amy has achieved status as a Realtor of Distinction, is a member of the Charleston Top Producers Club, CTAR and NAR. She loves the outdoors, her dog Jack, cooking, and most of all, travel adventures with her husband Boykin.
