Amylinn is a PHENOMENAL real estate agent to work with! Prior to her, we were discouraged at how time-consuming house hunting could be, dismayed at the inefficient real estate agents that we’ve encountered, and overwhelmed by how daunting the entire home-buying process would be. Amylinn turned all of that around. She made the home buying experience a pleasant and smooth one from start to finish. It was a true blessing for us to have found someone who was exceptionally professional and committed to finding us the house of our dreams. She was not just trying to make a sale; she genuinely was determined to find us the home that WE would LOVE to live in. House hunting: When two people are buying a home, there will always be different ideals and tastes. She really listened to both of our wants and searched long and hard for us. She arranged for us to see about 6-8 homes every weekend for a few months; coordinated the times with the owners/agents, and mapped out the routes. She made everything simple -all we had to do was go out on weekends and look; which is fantastic especially since both of us had very busy work schedules during the week. Every time we had a superb day of house shopping but did not find the “one,” we felt bad but she’s so professional, she was never frustrated with us nor pushy. She is extremely knowledgeable of the Warren County area and provides helpful tips. The sale: Once we finally decided on the house we would put an offer on, we found out someone else’s offer was already accepted. Through negotiation, Amylinn helped us get our offer accepted. She guided us through all of the not fun items, including inspections, attorney review, etc. I was impressed with how resourceful she is. The house unfortunately needed a major repair that delayed the closing for an extra two months. She was our liaison to the seller’s agent and kept us informed throughout the dreadful waiting period. Whenever the lawyers were slow to get back to us on something, she stepped in and did whatever she could do on her end to get the ball rolling. She never missed a beat. She saw us through to a successful closing and we are extremely grateful of her efforts and support. Strengths: Extremely responsive any way you reach out to her whether it is phone/text/email; does whatever it takes to get things done, listens and understands your home buying needs and wants; supports you to your end goal in the most efficient manner....
