ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. Do they give out medals for realtor bravery and valor? Because if so, these folks deserve them. Always gettin’ s*** done— making wise choices, giving solid counsel, hands-on helping, and most importantly closing the deals (!) They helped us buy a new home and sell our old home within just 8 weeks from initial meeting to fully moved in (neither property was normal or easy either). Full service! It felt like they worked miracles; truly amazing work.

Where do I start? Anderson and Christie. We’re absolutely fabulous. The whole team work especially hard and their Director of operations. Josh help me understand each step of the way to get my house on the lower west side of Santa Cruz ready to go on the market we were getting offers before even was ready to put on the market. That being said it never made it to market. We were offered an unbelievable offer on the property that was way above all of our expectations. This comes from knowledge, the Anderson and Kristen have. And I would suggest using them as your realtor if you were thinking about selling your property again it’s an Anderson Christie. In Santa, Cruz, California. Thank you Marvin and Dave and especially the help. I got from Josh the Director of operations who broke it all down to me so I could understand it in each stage does realty company has like no other. I couldn’t have been happier. Marvin and Dave are friendly, trustworthy, helpful and more. Their insights, staging, and other minor touches showed the house at its best. They even rolled up their shirtsleeves, loaded their trailer with recycling, and hauled it away. I highly recommend Anderson Christie Real Estate.

I rarely post reviews, but I thought I should appreciate how professional and amazing Anderson Christie team are. I stayed in one of their rental properties in Santa Cruz for a year. Their reasonable pricing, quick responses to enquiries, and friendly team to work with made my stay there very smooth and pleasant.
I highly recommend them for anyone looking for housing in the area.

We worked closely with Marvin and the team for months trying to purchase a home during one of the worst buyers’ markets. Marvin helped us stay positive throughout the long and difficult process. Marvin was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I don’t think we would have persisted without his support. Dave & Marvin are amazing. Dave Anderson helped me purchase my first home in Santa Cruz. He truly cares about helping me getting the right home, vs just closing the deal. The first home I was in contract with, Dave noticed discrepancy on the square footage, and further reduced price by ~5%. In the end, I passed on the first place and Dave was very patient with me to find my dream home. Dave is honest, responsive and knows the Santa Cruz market very well. Their staff is also great to work with, stays on top of the paperwork and gets everything closed on time. It's been super easy working with them and I highly recommend Dave, Marin and their team.

After closing, Dave further helped with connecting with various contractors for painting, woodwork and other recommendations. I've recommended other friends to Dave and they all had positive experiences. Highly recommend them for anyone who's looking to purchase a home especially in Santa Cruz!

I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to purchase my first home with the help of Marvin Christie as my agent. From the first day, Marvin was super helpful, responsive and patient. He took time in the beginning to meet with me and my family so he could better understand our purchasing needs, dreams, limitations and possibilities. Along the way I asked a lot of questions and received answers quickly. I also appreciated that his personality seems genuinely humble and honest which helped me to relax throughout the home buying process.

David Anderson and Marvin Christie clearly have a lot of experience in the Santa Cruz county area. The office staff (Zoe) seemed very organized as well and was able to stay on top of all the paperwork. Despite the fact that I purchased during the pandemic closures, the process kept moving along at a pretty steady pace. If you're comfortable with electronic communication, you'll experience a fluid flurry of emails, docu-signing, uploads and downloads - less trips in the car and more time to live your life while they work their magic behind the scenes. Highly recommend!

We have the house and location of our dreams thanks to Marvin and his team!

Marvin was attentive, easy-going, and patient with us and all of our requirements throughout our search for the right home. We wanted to find a place that fit our growing family’s needs and when the perfect place came up, Marvin was on it and we got the home! In this competitive buyers market, we felt so lucky. And now that we’ve been in our home now for about 6 months, we still feel extremely lucky. We love our home!! Couldn’t say enough great things about our home-buying experience with Marvin and Dave.
