Andie Ornelas and Tony Pachecho were our realtors last year. We closed on our house in October of 2024. They were amazing. Andie was our primary contact, and she was incredibly knowledgeable answering all of our questions. We are first time home buyers and she made us feel incredibly comfortable, helped us with asking important questions, and generally made the process incredibly smooth. Tony will also very helpful and welcoming. They never made us feel pressured. We have been happily living in our house for several months now, and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without them. Andie was super knowledgeable and helpful, we were first time homebuyers a year ago and also VA. Andie was available at every step of the way, took phone calls at 10pm and sent me videos of house appointments if I was unable to make them.

We still chat to this day if we run into each other at the grocery store.

As a first time homebuyer, Andie has and still is making this an easy and smooth process. She has been incredibly helpful with explaining how the process work, helping me make sure I have everything I need, and walking me through the steps of buying my first home. I love working with her and would love to work with her again in the future if the opportunity ever arises. She has found multiple houses in my range, with all the right amenities, and has been so understanding of the hiccups along the way. I would definitely recommend her to first time homebuyers, or any homebuyers really. She is top notch when it comes to communication, has been very open and honest when it comes to the properties, and overall a great person.
