Andrea was very attentive to my specific need (and I had quite a few) and made herself available to me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Andrea for any house hunting needs (rental, buying, or listing). I know one thing is for sure I will be using her again and referring her to all my friends and family.

I can only say positive things about working with Aundi during my first time home buying experience! From the very beginning she was very eager to working with me and my family even though we were working with a small budget. She encouraged me to keep looking for a property that I liked and that didn't require a lot of renovations since we weren't very handy. During this process I assumed that I was her only client and when she told me I wasn't I was shocked! I wondered how was that possible considering that she answered all of my phone calls and emails day and night, she never cancelled any of our appointments and you were always on time? She kept me updated around the clock about my offer and stayed on top of my lender to insure that we close on time. She ended up finding more than what we thought was possible for us to get, a 4 bedroom/2 bath single family home, completely renovated for under 150,000.00 in Prince George's County,MD!!! I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially a First Time Homebuyer in Prince George's County,MD. She is very knowledgeable about the current market conditions, patient and will work with you and your family to find YOUR perfect home no matter the budget!

I moved across the country to live in the Maryland area and could not get any realtors to return my calls. I am a believer that everything happens for a reason because I was meant to meet Andrea. It is because of her experience, expertise, and FABULOUS customer service that a very debauched move was pleasurable. She is professional and her disposition serves her well during a stressful time of purchasing a home. She will be honest and forthright and will go above and beyond for her customer. Case in point, she took me and my husband all over Maryland looking at houses for three days straight. She never complained and presented all of our options. There is no other realtor that I will use in the area and neither should anyone looking for a home in MD.

My husband and I are both active duty military and weren't familiar with the area when we first moved up here last May. Andrea found us several properties and considered the safety of our family when providing us with listings. She helped us find a beautiful townhouse in Laurel and when we wanted to find a house with a backyard for our dog, she was eager to help. Andrea was extremely helpful when looking for my home... She assisted me with ensuring that my wishlist for my next home was realistic. When I presented Andrea with multiple properties she responded quickly with the most up to date information regarding the status of the properties and timely schedueld viewings. In addition, she showed that she listened to my housing needs and provided me with appropriate advice. She coached me through the offer process and explained each document. Aundi was amazing. This was our first home buying experience and she made it as painless as possible. She was always very easy to contact, either by phone, email, or text message, and if she was unavailable at the moment, would call back as soon as possible, even if it was to only to calm our frazzled first-time home buyer nerves. We were on a tight timeline to find our home, so we often did whirlwind home tours of three or four homes at a time, and she was fine with it. She was very knowledgable about what issues to look for, neighborhoods, comps in the area... we were in good hands from day one. She was very honest about our budget, what we could afford, and what compromises we would have to make, but didn't try to push us into a house we couldn't afford or a house that was below our expectations. She ended up finding us something in our price range with everything we wanted and more.
