We worked with Andrea Bedard in the spring of 2023 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Andrea brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She attended every showing to be able to explain all the extra features of our home to potential buyers. She also helped us stage our home, which helped make the process a lot easier. Andrea was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive, professional and is just the nicest person. We had a great experience and highly recommend her!

Andrea was a great realtor to work with as we were first time home buyers navigating a tough market. She was thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions, and didn't pressure us to make decisions we weren't comfortable with. Andrea handled this deal so smoothly I practically didn’t have to do anything. She was really knowledgeable about the area and suggested a good selling price. From our first phone call to the settlement table was exactly 40 days. She did such an amazing job staging my house that I almost changed my mind about selling it! I couldn’t be happier with the experience and I will go to Andrea for all my real estate needs. I highly recommend Andrea to anyone who is looking to either buy or sell their home.

Remember that old commercial that asked "How do you spell relief"? Well, when it comes to real estate, my unequivocal answer is Andrea Bedard. On January 1 of this year, I stood at the threshold of my rental home and knew that I had a lot of work to get done before I could list the home. Andrea helped me find a one-person home repair company located near the home, and I was able to get all the interior and exterior work completed much more quickly than I expected. What he could not provide, Andrea could assist with. She had resources for flooring and other specialty items that I would never have found within our tight time frame. We were told it could not be done, but we were able to list the home well before the end of February, which was the goal, and it sold quickly for top dollar! We settled before the end of March.

A lot of what I have described above reflects on the astounding amount of physical work that was accomplished during a short amount of time. These are the things that can be seen. Andrea also provided intangibles that cannot be seen. She stood by my side in this process and calmly and realistically shepherded me through the low points with professionalism and impeccable service. Her knowledge and experience are first-rate. Every call was answered, her advice regarding what to spend and what not to spend funds on was perfect. How do I know that? The feedback from the overjoyed buyers at settlement corroborated her advice. Settlement was a dream come true - both sides knew it was a win-win.

I think we all should have a calling and be fortunate enough to work in that field. Wouldn't it be wonderful if our plumbers, lawyers, electricians, car sales persons, doctors, etc. were called to their professions and also intrinsically motivated to do their best for those they serve? Well, we found that in Andrea Bedard.

Andrea is incredible! My husband and I bought our first home in 2017. We had no idea what to expect and were pretty naïve about the whole process. She really guided us through everything, from what to look for during walkthroughs to negotiating a good deal. Andrea is very knowledgeable about the housing market in general (she does her research!) and about the regulations/requirements for residences and contracts. When we decided to make another transition to a bigger home in 2020, we ran to her. Although we learned so much from her the first go around, selling our home was completely different. Again, Andrea expertly guided us through the process. It was stressful but Andrea gave us the knowledge and confidence to make good decisions for our family. She has a unique ability to stage a space to its maximal potential, we had over 25 views in one weekend. Andrea then seamlessly transitioned from selling our home to searching for our new home. Armed with the knowledge, skills, and courage cultivated by Andrea, we found our forever home! Again, the process was stressful but Andrea truly empowered us to do the research, come up with a bottom-line, and fight for what we wanted. She endlessly advocated for us and worked tirelessly to seal the deal. I enjoyed working with her and interacting with her. She truly is the best!
