Andrea's long-time professional philosophy - "that each of her real estate clients is an investor" - has served as her foundation in building a highly successful Real Estate Brokerage. Though she began her real estate career just as the market crashed in 2008, Andrea persevered and ultimately found her perfect niche in investment Real Estate. She obtained her MO, KS, CO Broker Licenses and began to recruit, mentor, and train new agents as well as manage her business and daily operations with personal clients.

Wardell & Holmes opened in 2018 Andrea and her two agents closed over 40 million Dollars in sales, including over 200 properties. Since 2018, Andrea has been awarded Best of Zillow - Top Agent, Top 1% of realtors; 3 years running, 5 Star Real Estate Professional, maintained a spot in the Top 200 Agents of Kansas City and was Featured in the KC Women Magazine as well as on the Front Page of Real Producers as the Top Producer and Fortune Magazine. Wardell & Holmes remains ranked in the top 25 of 200 Brokerages in volume in sales, and Her team has grown from two agents to over 20 independent contractors and agents and is continuing to grow. Andrea closes an average of 200 properties per year and has become a well-known asset to Investors and their efforts in the KC Market. As a Broker in Kansas, Missouri and Colorado, Andrea specializes in working with local and national investment buyers, Hedge Funds and Real Estate Investment Trusts. She has extensive experience in Residential Single-family Homes, Condos, First-Time Home Buyers, Residential Distressed Properties, Short Sales, Foreclosures and Investor Rehab Sales, Flip Properties, Development, BRRR method, and Short-Term Rentals. In her personal investments she chooses to work closely with historic investment specialists to ensure the community is upholding the history in Kansas City and not erasing it. Her goal is to bring more opportunities to the real estate market and her team achieves that by treating each transaction the same and each client as an investor.
