There are not enough great adjectives to describe Andrea DeLuca!! She is a 5 star realtor. When you become Andrea's client she gives you all the time and support that you need. Andrea is an extremely knowledgeable realtor and anything she doesn't know, she has a ton of contacts in the area to find out from.
Andrea is definitely the person you want in your corner from beginning to end in the stressful buying and/or selling of your home!!

After getting recommendations from many people, we chose Andrea Deluca to sell out home. It was the best decision. I can remember my husband being stressed about how long it could take to sell our home. We had already moved out and needed to sell it as soon as possible. I called Andrea and she was at my house that day. For starters, I want to say that she is so outgoing and friendly. We liked her immediately. She’s professional, knowledgeable and is energetic and enthusiastic. We had a discussion and we took her recommendations on how to prepare our home for showings seriously. The next day she told us the price that she felt the house was worth based on the comps and the market. We were very happy with the price. She decided to network first to get the word out there. She also had a specific date in mind that she wanted to put the house on the market for several reasons. We listened to her advice. The house was put on the market on a Friday and for two days she showed the house many times. By Sunday we had a full price offer. We were absolutely thrilled. For the next several weeks any issues we had with the buyer were handled by Andrea and our attorney. She worked very well with our attorney and his assistant. In fact, my attorney kept saying how impressed he was with her based and his experience with other realtors. She is always available for questions and responds immediately. She is class act and I highly recommend her to everyone I know. Andrea was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Andrea DeLuca is a smart, talented and creative agent. She was so patient with my husband and myself, as we navigated through the idea of investing in our first house. Andrea presented many options to us along with each homes potential to create our dream home. She was also sensitive to our budget and our limited DIY ability...we felt comfortable and trusted her lead during the house hunting process.
