She has served on numerous local boards, including the Greater Nashville REALTORS®, and volunteers regularly with Preston Taylor Ministries, Habitat for Humanity, and the Junior League of Nashville. A passionate coach and mentor, Andrea has been training and supporting agents since 2016—helping them grow their businesses through innovative tools, technology, and AI-driven strategies. Her leadership is grounded in service, optimism, and a genuine commitment to helping both clients and agents succeed.

Andrea and Scott live in Green Hills with their daughters, Anna and Charlotte, and their dog, Cali. They also maintain a second home in Sewanee, where they own a commercial property in the Sewanee Village and founded The Lemon Fair, a beloved local shop that reflects their dedication to community connection and creativity.
