Working with Andrea was Fantastic. She represented me in the purchase of my home in Auburn, which as it turned out was a Short Sale. After putting in my offer, Andrea went to work dealing with the listing agent, lawyers, and escrow and things got pushed thru in record time. This was my second time purchasing a house/ condo. Andrea was my realtor and she kicked A**! The buying/ selling a house, car, or any other big life decision is never easy and always seems to come with complications. This time was no exception. However, every time there was a problem or a question I had, Andrea was right there for me. She was very responsive to my concerns and questions. When there were problems/ hiccups during the process, Andrea was always there to doing whatever she could to solve it or move the process along. I can't sign praises loud enough for the wonderful job Andrea did for us. She worked hard!!! I'd send her a huge list of houses and I could count on her to set times up for on the weekend and evenings. Andrea is extremely knowable and the whole process of buying a house (including looking at the furnace and fuse box, I was so surprised!) , the closing process, all the inspections, and she was a wonderful go between for seller and buyer. If I had any questions, I'd email her and I knew I'd get an answer within the hour. We felt she listened to what we wanted and didn't want in a house. Andrea knew our budget and NEVER tried to encourage us to spend more. We love her!! Buying our new home was completely pain free thanks to Andrea!
