I originally listed my house with another realtor a while ago and had no offers in 6 months. I gave Andrea and Daren a call to see if they could help me. They gave me some ideas that would help get it sold. It took me about another 6 months, but they kept in touch the whole time asking how it was going & if they could help me out with anything. Once I was finally ready to list again, I didn't hesitate to list with them! If they were working that hard to help before I listed, I figured they'd definitely get the job done and get my house sold. They did not disappoint! I had several offers and had it under contract in less than a month. If I had another house to sell, I'd list it with them in a heart beat!

Skillful and competent. I personally benefited during the negotiation phase for repairs and who can't use more out-of-pocket money when moving into a new house?

Experienced knowing people in the system to better advise you on evaluating a specific home. One group of these is your home inspectors and I was very satisfied with the excellence of knowledge and service provided on Andrea and Darin's recommendation.

Just as important as all of the above: they care about the results. Expect follow-ups to ensure your satisfaction and open to questions to better care for your home after purchase.

Last bit of advice for new first time home buyers. If you are a high intensity home buyer that wants to know everything about the process then ask before seeing the first house. The market is HOT right now and most desirable homes are listed for two to three days before closed to offers. Ask them for everything you need to know about financing, contractual obligations after putting down offers, and out of pocket costs (like closing costs, earnest money, etc). If you have time to enjoy the process then you will likely know everything you need when viewing the first house.
