Andrea Goyette performed brilliantly representing my property. She knew the people that would help with what needed to be done. Everything was above and beyond what could be expected. Not only did she quickly get a series of bids when we went to the market they were quite respectable considering what I started with. I'm still impressed. I even bought her a nice celebratory gift after we closed. I recommend Andrea to represent anyone's house!

Andrea Goyette’s expertise was evident from our first meeting at an open house. She guided us through the house pointing out important features and concerns and, although we didn’t end up buying that house, she listened to our story and directed us to other houses that better suited our specific needs.

Throughout the process of viewing and bidding on houses, Andrea was always in communication with us. She promptly answered calls and texts, and kept us informed of each new development. Andrea offered advice and personal service throughout the entire transaction, and continues to offer us support after the purchase.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrea Goyette’s real estate services to anyone. She was personable and easy to work with but, more importantly, she was knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to her clients needs.

I chose Andrea as my realtor because she impressed me with her professionalism from the very start. Her extensive experience and insightful advice were instrumental in crafting an offer that was more likely to be accepted.
Andrea was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Whenever we needed to view the house during the pending period, she promptly contacted the owner to arrange access and accompanied us to the property.
We encountered some challenges while negotiating with the seller’s agent, and there were moments of stress for both parties. However, Andrea remained dedicated and persistent, ensuring that everything was resolved smoothly and successfully.
