Andrea was so helpful to us with our house hunt in Fort Collins. She was great to work with, and she truly cared about helping us find something that would be a perfect fit for our family.

The best part about working with Andrea was that she always had our best interest in mind. She put in a ton of time and effort in and gave great advice. She made herself readily available to us. Would not have wanted to go through our house hunt process with anyone else!

Buying a home with Andrea was great. We entered the housing market at the beginning of the pandemic. We were thrown so many curveballs but Andrea was always ready to give a calm and helpful answer as well as go above and beyond to get us in the house we loved and fit our budget and needs. My husband and I were first time home buyers. We have 2 kids and pets and needed space. We were quite nervous and confused with the process. Thankfully our Realtor, Andrea, was amazing and walked us through it all beautifully.
Andrea is professional, timely, fun, and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable. She prayed with us when we were worried or didn’t know what next step to take. I love that she brought Jesus into the process. She found us the home that we wanted, and beyond. We wanted a little quirky and unique home in downtown with a large yard. And she found us just that. We have a half acre back yard to work with in downtown. Our boxes are checked.
It was listed as a conventional but she worked it out with the listing agent to see if we could do FHA. Andrea is not afraid to ask questions and do her absolute best to get the home her client desires.
I highly recommend Andrea if you are looking to buy or sell.
