It wasn't even for her gain, but so we would be better informed as we started our home-owning journey. Once we found "the one", the process and paperwork was as smooth as possible. When we went to sell our house, we had someone else come out and look at if first. They recommended multiple upgrades to the house that would not have been recovered with the selling of the house. We had Andrea come in for a second opinion. She had a much better understanding of what it would really take to sell our house, at a much more affordable cost and had it sold in a week.

I would highly recommend! Andrea has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. She helped us negotiate with a builder that did not want to budge on several things! It has been a few years since we bought a home but when we had questions about a potential 2nd home, she was there for us!! She is always willing to help and answer questions about anything. BEST REALATOR EVER! As a first time home buyer, buying from OUT OF STATE, and my husband being out of COUNTRY I was a bit scared to even be looking for a house during the 2021 housing market crazy BUT Andrea was so sweet! And so amazing! And so helpful! She walked me through every step, she helped us find a beautiful home and even better she helped us find a home with the most wonderful neighbors! Every house has issues and things you aren’t going to love but she helped us understand what was important and want we could let go of to find the right home for us. She also reexplained everything every time my ADD brain decided to forget it without complaint or frustration. Like I said she’s super sweet, super cool, and I’m so so glad we found and chose her!
Oh and she’s gone above and beyond by helping me figure things out even AFTER closing. And introduced me to tons of amazing Nebraskan things Like scooters and reruns! She’s the best!

We have purchased several homes throughout the years, and have sometimes struggled with finding a good realtor. We decided to start interviewing potential realtors for our home purchase in Nebraska. There were so many that were recommended, but none seemed to stand out until we interviewed Andrea. Her integrity and dedication to her field is incredible. With all her expertise and business connections, we were able to close on a VA loan in 12 days, where most people struggle to make it in around 30 days.
She continues to be a great connection after the sale is done; she is definitely not in it to just push the sale through. Her knowledge about the area, home buying, loans, etc is something you cannot place a value on. If you are looking for the most knowledgeable agent in the area, look no further.
