A lifelong Santa Fean and second-generation Realtor, Andrea brings insider knowledge of the City Different. Her mother grew up on Canyon Road—the magical half-mile art and historic district of Santa Fe—while her father was a dedicated Realtor. Watching him work and witnessing the satisfaction he found in helping people buy and sell real estate inspired Andrea to follow in his footsteps. She proudly calls it the best career decision she ever made. She values each person she meets, guiding them with care as they find the home of their dreams or sell one.
First licensed in 2000, Andrea began her career as a transaction coordinator for a high-volume real estate team, managing anywhere from 10 to 20+ closings per month. After just over a year, she branched out on her own and has since excelled in the business, overcoming every challenge along the way—including twice battling breast cancer. Her resilience fuels her belief: Quitting is never an option, and good things come to those who hustle!
Andrea also dedicated three years to serving as a Director for the Santa Fe Association of Realtors. Beyond real estate, she makes it a priority to support individuals newly diagnosed with cancer, offering guidance and sharing her story.
While real estate is her passion, Andrea’s greatest joy comes from spending time with her family. She stays busy with her youngest son, a senior at St. Michael’s High School, while her 22-year-old lives in Houston, Texas. Her 26-year-old is pursuing music production and engineering at the Abbey Road Institute in Miami, Florida. Her oldest, Ashley Martinez, works alongside her in the real estate business as an associate broker at Barker Realty.
