As a first-time homebuyer, I could not recommend Andrea’s team at Realty of Chicago more. Andrea helped me purchase the property of my dreams in a seller’s market. As someone with limited experience in the buying process, Andrea’s advice helped me feel confident in my decision to put in an offer when the time was right. She was present with me at the viewings/walk throughs, helped me ask questions, and advocate for me as the buyer. Andrea’s expertise in navigating the market was felt.

It CANNOT go without mentioning how much of a support Rosie, Andrea’s assistant, was in guiding me through the homebuying process. Upon introduction, she was thorough and patient in walking me through every step and every page of documentation. Rosie made herself immensely available to answer my multitude of questions and clarifications, and was very timely in her response. I could not have done it without Rosie’s support and encouragement. She made me feel informed as a buyer and now-homeowner. Even after closing Rosie communicated care and celebration of my achievement. Andrea and the team even sent over a little housewarming present after I moved in.

Andrea Maldonado and staff are very Friendly and helpful. She has helped in selling a property and finding a new one. She also helped in finding a renter. Very Professional and made me feel like family.
