Andrea Montague

As a Lake Norman Area native and a seasoned real estate professional, Andrea recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and works every day to exceed their expectations. Much of her business comes from past client referrals. Most important to Andrea is providing excellent service to her clients in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.

Andrea’s knowledge of the area’s growth and development allows her to be an amazing resource for her clients. She is well connected within the real estate industry and and utilizes those connections to assist her clients with every aspect of the sale or purchase of their home.

Andrea grew up in Statesville, NC. She earned a BS in Elementary Education from East Carolina University and a Master of Education in Reading from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Before starting her career in real estate, she spent many years teaching elementary school in CMS. Her educational background allowed her to develop a skill set that she uses daily in real estate.
