After being referred to us by one of my best friends, we weighed The Flamingo Team against several, very competent real estate professionals who I already knew.

Andrea and Amanda won us over by providing us with a vivid and detailed analysis of our market and a marketing strategy for selling our home.

After securing the job, they immediately continued with their work. Due to various factors, it soon became clear to me that we were not your “average” home sellers.

Neither of them ever skipped a beat, and worked tirelessly toward the sale. They connected us with outside resources. They even had their husbands involved in working our case.

It is clear to all in my family that not only did they go far “above and beyond” in their efforts to sell our home, but that after the fact we could hardly imagine how difficult it might have been if they had not been there for us. At every incremental step, they reassured us, sometimes to the point of figurative hand holding.

In closing, there are not enough words or “stars” to accurately rate the level of service. Even what I have already said seems like falling short. So here it is: I cannot recommend “The Flamingo Team” highly enough. If you contract with them, you are working with “top-notch” operators in their field. Business will be done adeptly, attentively, and professionally, and all the way through the end processes and distributions. When the business is complete, you might feel as if you have new friends. I do.

Andrea Moskal with the Flamingo Team at Realty One Group, is extremely efficient with her job. Not only does she do her job extremely well she also creates a bond with her Clients. Within a month of preparing for the open house, she and her assistant went above and beyond their performance. When she held the open house, it had sold that weekend.

We met Andrea originally when we moved to Tennessee and needed to find a rental. Andrea found us one in ONE day, and we were out of state. She was amazing with communication and sent us videos and helped us so much. We knew we were going to be buying a house, but didn’t know when. After a bit, we were ready to buy. We knew we were going to use Andrea because of how amazing she was with our rental. After dragging Andrea all over the Nashville metro area, she got us our new house! She worked so hard in finding it and her communication was (and is) exceptional. She had so many recommendations and she has such a good eye for detail. Through every step of the way, Andrea was amazing. I will continue to recommend her to everyone I know. She is incredible. I know everyone says they have a great realtor, but Andrea really knows her stuff.

I found Andrea on Facebook. I posted a comment that we were looking to relocate Middle TN area in the next 6 to 12 months. Out of all the agents only 2 reached out to me. Andrea was one of them and she set up a personalized home search for us. We were initially going to rent and ended up buying a home. We were looking for a rental, as my husband got transferred to Tennessee. We’ve had such a difficult time finding a place—or landlords even giving us the time of day. Being out of state, we haven’t had the time to actually go visit rentals. Andrea reached out to me after I had posted on a mutual group and could not have been more helpful. Not even a day later, she drove to a rental to take videos for us—a rental SHE found!! We ended up applying that day, and we’re still waiting on an answer. That being said, Andrea is FANTASTIC. She is so detail oriented and so caring. We 100% will be using her as our realtor to buy a house once this market calms down. Definitely so blessed to have found her!

Andrea has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She was helpful and offered to drive by and even filmed homes for us while we looked for houses from a distance. We couldn’t believe she was willing to show us the 20 or more homes we asked to see in the two short days we were out from CA. She even added some more on to our trip. We so appreciated her honesty when she called us to warn us about a home that had water intrusion. Her familial knowledge about how homes are built really came in handy as we had to make a tough decision not to buy a home that was beautiful but had builder defects. In the end and just in the perfect timing she found us the ideal home and neighborhood. We are so grateful and look forward to working with her for our next purchase. We have recommended her to friends and would recommend her to anyone and especially people who are looking to buy from a distance.

My family and I were making a big move to Tennessee. We were moving for a job and knew no one here nor the area. We were connected with Andrea and I am beyond grateful for her. She provided us with accurate and helpful information about the best locations to look at for our family needs. Before driving to a bunch of houses she listened to our needs and desires in a home and only showed us properties within that criteria and never beyond our financial cap. Once we narrowed down our top picks she quickly booked showings so we were one of the first people to see the home and during these showings we had a lot of fun. She took all the stress out of home buying as she knew what to look for when we got there so time was not wasted.
