Andrea went above and beyond to help me sell my house. We hit a lot of bumps along the way and she took each of them in stride and helped me get the place where it needed to be to get sold. She also was extremely accommodating of my late work hours as a restaurant manager and stepped in when I could not be there for repairs and appointments due to my work schedule. I can not recommend her services enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. I am so thankful for all she did to sell my place and keeping me sane throughout the process, always going the extra mile. You cannot go wrong choosing Andrea to be your realtor. Andrea was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Equally impressive was her willingness to go the extra mile to get our house sold at the best price. For example, after we moved out she discovered a problem with the house. However, I was swamped with work moving into my new place. Rather than put the house on the market with the problem, she, on her own initiative fixed the problem. This is going the extra mile for a client!!

Finding a perfect dream home is very challenging. Having a trusted realtor comes a long way. We were fortunate to have Andrea Previte to help us to fulfill our retirement dream. We met her on one of the open houses. Quickly we found ourselves to count on her advice and expertise. She worked tirelessly into early morning for us on every little detail. We forgot how much works that goes into closing a home these days. She helped us a lot and articulated the process so we could get a better understanding. No matter how significant the matter, Andrea would come to the rescue and got the matter resolved. We were very pleased with her professional expertise and work ethics. She went into great effort on every detail. She also was very caring to ensure both us the buyers and seller were satisfied and doubts were addressed in a timely manner. Andrea was amazing as our realtor. We worked with her for a couple of years while we waiting for the model at Holiday Village that we especially wanted. When it was listed, she moved quickly with us to make a great offer and knew all the strategies to help us close on the property. Meanwhile she listed our house which sold in a week and guided us through the staging process. She was professional and knowledgeable on all areas and was able to juggle a lot of balls all at once, often from her mobile car office!! She was able to provide humor along the way! We loved working with her and highly recommend her.

Andrea did an amazing job for us. We met Andrea on a visit to NJ, gave her our wants, needs, budget, and location and she found the perfect home for us. With us living over a 1000 miles away we did not want to waste time looking at houses that didn‘t make sense for my wife and I. Andrea made that happen, using all electronic media we were able to select just the right “forever” house, make an offer, get a mortgage, and close on the house without ever having to leave Florida. Andrea was with us every step of the way and made our dream come true.

Andrea Previte was my guardian angel while looking to re-locate to NJ. It was by chance I first met Andrea during an open house as i was just starting to look around in preparing to move. A few months later i sold my home and she just happened to call to check in with me, Perfect Timing!. Andrea showed a Genuine Concern in showing me many homes. She was very knowledgeable about the real estate and the areas i was looking, pointing out various points of interest. She went above and beyond as time was close to running out for the closing on the sale of my home. Andrea expedited the process and had my back with making sure minor repairs were done before i moved in. She was very patient and understanding with me as i am a cautious and indecisive person especially in making a long commitment as in buying a home.
Thank You Andrea - you were truly our Angel. Oh and she has a great personality and good sense of humor too.

My wife and I first worked with Andrea in September of 2019. We had one introductory meeting where we reviewed our must haves and wish list items. The first and only listing that Andrea sent us was the house that we bought. It checked off every single box.

One of the details that stands out the most to me about our experience with Andrea was her knowledge and dedication to us. We went to the open house for the property, which was held on a Sunday. We knew, based on the turnout, that many offers would be made on this house. Andrea met with us that same night at the house for a second and more detailed walk through. She also worked with us until almost 11 pm that night to craft the perfect offer letter. Our offer was on the selling agents’ desk at 9 am Monday morning and the one that was accepted. Without her spending a long day working with us and directing us on exactly what was needed to secure the house I am not certain we would be living there today.

My wife and I could not be happier with the overall experience. We had a lot of high expectations going into the relationship because we prepared for almost 8 years to find our forever home to raise our 4 children. Andrea met every single one. We are amazed to this day that we have the house of our dreams. I have purchased homes in the past and this transaction was the easiest. I credit all of it to working with Andrea.

I met Andrea at an open house that I was checking out. I felt an instant ease and connection with her. Not a high pressured annoying realtor. Just someone that you instantly trust. She made suggestions about staging my home, that honestly I had wished I had done many years earlier. Just moving things I had already into a different space or location in the house. It looked awesome! Made me wish I was staying in my house longer.
Andrea gave me great suggestions on buying a new home too. I and have recommended her to my friends.

Andrea sold our townhouse for us and also helped us buy our current home. She is awesome! It took us a long time to find our house and she was very patient, sending us on point listings frequently and quickly got us in to see each house we were interested in. Once we finally found the house we wanted to buy, she clearly explained each step and was always available for questions and concerns. She staged our townhouse and it was under contract shortly after the open house! Andrea was so great to work with and I will always recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.
