About Andrea

Andrea Reynolds is your real estate expert in the Midlands! A lifelong resident of Columbia, and
one that is enthusiastic about serving her community, she brings over 20 years of experience in
the market to the table for her clients. She works with buyers, sellers, and investors to navigate
them through the real estate world, and in the process, she nurtures strong relationships that go
beyond the final closing.

Andrea grew up in town and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education. Growing up in a single
mom household, Andrea learned grit and tenacity at a young age and she embraced those two
traits to get her start early. Her passion for real estate began when she purchased her first
townhome at age 20, recognizing the benefits of owning versus renting. After marrying her
husband, the couple began purchasing rental properties. Andrea got her real estate license to
grow their rental property business and soon became a full-time agent.

She founded The A.R.T. of Real Estate in 2007, and later assisted in the formation of The
Moore Company. Andrea then worked with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Group
before joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Throughout her years in real estate, her top
priority has remained the same: to put her clients first and provide them with exceptional
customer service. She has cultivated a culture of honesty and integrity within her company, and
her team exemplifies those traits in everything that they do. Andrea and her entire team are
honored and excited about working with their community to buy and sell homes. Her passion for
real estate has landed her in the top 10 real estate agents every year! The success has led her
to become a mentor to others, to encourage the same growth and accomplishments in their
business that she’s achieved.

Andrea has a huge heart for her community, and the neighbors that call Columbia home. When
a client of hers, a veteran, was unable to obtain financing for a new house, she purchased the
property for him and arranged a payment plan that allowed for him to realize his dream of
owning a home. She’s crazy about her family, and the friends that have become part of her
extended family thanks to wonderful relationships. Andrea and her husband have opened up
their home to anyone who needs a place to stay, and several of her children’s friends have
taken them up on the offer.

This year, the Andrea Reynolds Team has received the International President’s Circle Award
and the Circle of Excellence Diamond Level Award. Andrea is a Certified Residential Specialist,
certified Real Estate Broker, and a member of both The Central Carolina Realtor Association
and the National Association of Realtors.

Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and her four children, and is an active member
in the community as an attendee of Eastminster Presbyterian Church in addition to supporting
