Andrea has sold many of the homes in my neighborhood so I assumed she must be doing something right. Well, when I needed to sell a property, she is the first realtor I contacted. Needless to say, she not only met my expectations but exceeded them by a country mile.

I am the type of person who believes if you want something done right you do it yourself. Andrea is the exception to this rule. From day 1 till the end of the sale I never once had to wonder what comes next or follow up on all the many moving parts of the process. She stayed on top of every detail and was always pro-active. Not one time did I have to reach out to her. After a while I trusted she had things under control and any question or concern I might have she had already considered or addressed. Selling my property went from something I dreaded before we began to what felt like a piece of cake. She was always professional and understanding. Meeting Andrea on July 29th, 2023, during what we thought was a routine visit to my husband's grandparents, turned out to be life-changing. We were barely into our lunch when Grandpa insisted, we go walk down a few doors to an open house to talk to the realtor. Both Grams and Gramps spoke highly of Andrea and said they only wanted us to meet her and didn’t have to make any commitments. It wasn’t long before we saw why they sang her praises.

Within a week of our meeting, Andrea had already started sending us property listings, and a mere seven days later, we embarked on our house-hunting adventure. We found our dream home on August 12th, but unfortunately, it already had an accepted offer. We were devastated, but Andrea's determination shone through. She encouraged us to submit a backup offer and said anything could happen, but we wouldn’t know unless we tried. Two weeks later, the initial offer fell through, and our backup offer was now the primary. We closed on our dream home on September 26th and moved that very week.

As I sit here reflecting on everything, I can’t help but smile and appreciate everything Andrea did for us. Our experience working with her was nothing short of exceptional. Throughout the process, Andrea not only addressed all our inquiries but also provided invaluable insights into the realm of homeownership and helped us envision our future in our new home from a fresh perspective. We weren't even looking for a house. We were just visiting our grandparents and playing cards but my grandfather insisted that we go meet Andrea as she is always in their neighborhood and very friendly. She was doing an open house and greeted us warmly and collected our information. She got in touch with us pretty quickly and asked about our wants/needs. We had a day scheduled to look at several houses and the first one we went to already had an accepted offer on it. I was hesitant to even go because I thought what is the point but she said anything can happen and we can always put in an offer. So we looked at several more places and nothing else was near the quality of the first. We put in an offer and two days later we were in contract! She put good vibes in the air and it actually happened. That was just the beginning though as for the next month we were in constant communication. Andrea always has our best interest at heart and was very informative and answered any questions we had no matter the time of day. She followed up on repair requests and gave great advice on what was necessary vs what were little things. She treated us like family and first class all the way through. We had a previous realtor and never felt like we were really that important or like he did anything for us. Andrea also gave us referrals for her contacts and the relationship doesn't stop there. She will be following up with us and I feel like we gained a friend who has a wealth of knowledge as we begin our 1st home buying journey. Simply put, Andrea is the best real estate agent I've ever met and believe me I've had a nightmarish experience with quite a few agents.

I tried for two weeks with no offers, so I turned to Andrea, who I knew had experience selling in my neighborhood. Once I enlisted her help, the ball started rolling and never stopped. Andrea was representing the seller and the buyer (us) in the transaction. We are coming out of state, so we had lots of questions, but Andrea was informed, prepared, responsive and very reliable. Even though she was representing both parties, she was fair, honest, and very throughout. Andrea is extremely personable and fun. She made this complicated process seamless and enjoyable! I highly recommend her, a million times over!

Andrea stepped up on this listing. After staging my recently remodeled home she held a well publicized open house. We had multiple above asking offers. Following a few weeks waiting for the buyers financing the deal fell apart. Andrea brought all the staging back to the house and held a second open house. Again we had multiple offers. Andrea worked through each offer with me to choose not only the highest offer but the offer most likely to close. Andreas knowledge and professionalisms is commendable. Andrea did an exceptional job upfront and behind the scene. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth home buying / selling experience. Thank You Andrea!

Andrea was recommended to us by a friend and I would definitely recommend her to others as well! She is knowledgeable and always offering tips and information throughout the home buying process. We really appreciated this because it was our first time buying a home. Andrea was always quick to respond and dedicated to helping us find our dream home. I feel like everyone knows a friend or a ‘friend of a friend’ who’s in the realty business. When my wife and I first started looking for houses, we have about 4 realtors we knew personally. I’m sure all of these realtors could have taken great care of us, but it’s hard to state how happy we were with Andrea’s services. Although we’ve never gone through the process of buying a house before, Andrea held our hands (metaphorically and while keeping COVID precautions in mind) every step of the way.
It was apparent to us early on that Andrea knew all the ins and outs of the home buying process and was able to quickly answer the many questions we had along the way. She’s a fast, hard working realtor who always represents the best interest of her clients throughout the entire process. All of this made our home buying experience the best we could have hoped for.
I have other friends currently shopping around for homes right now and when they tell me the experiences they have with other realtors, it pales in comparison to the work we received from Andrea. She is simply the best at what she does and I can’t recommend her enough!

After talking with many real estate people Andrea was the only one that was willing to do more than just list my property and to sell it. She gave it a personal touch and Sold it in 29 days! Andrea always took my calls and responded quickly to any concerns or questions.

Andrea was incredibly professional and personable. She really took the time to get to know us and our needs and make us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She was patient with us and did not pressure us into making a decision. She was eager to meet with us any time we wanted to look at a house. She communicated frequently and promptly. She also worked with our schedule and often spent time late at night answering our questions or preparing documents to ensure that we were able to put in an offer quickly and get the home that we really wanted. We had our condo listed on For Sale by Owner and met Andrea over the phone. She impressed us with her professionalism. We decided to turn the listing over to her, the best decision ever! From the moment we signed our agreement she moved at lightening speed. Andrea kept us informed every step of the way. Four days after the listing went up we received multiple offers, she helped us evaluate the offers, and we were under contract. She kept on top of every detail through closing. We used several of her contacts to help with a couple of punch list items, they were fair and professional. The title company Andrea recommended were great communicators. If you want an honest hardworking Agent in the Jacksonville Area look no further! I have worked in the financial services for over 30 yrs and I find it very difficult to find an honest hard working realtor these days. Andrea is a diligent, organized person that listens to your needs and offers valuable insight to necessary information when purchasing a home. I flew in to JAX with a limited timetable and she had the entire plan created to view homes that would fit my budget and logistical objectives. I highly recommend her!

Professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable realtor, but what set her apart from other realtors I've worked with in the past is that she was not pushy...at all! I can honestly say that Andrea had our best interest at heart throughout the entire home purchasing process. She was always available to answer any questions regarding the real estate market, at no point we felt brushed off, rushed into or pressured to buy any type of property. We told her what we wanted and she actually was able to find us the current home we are in while being on vacation in Mexico. Now try to find another realtor out there who is looking out for her clients while vacationing with her own family, try to beat that! Needless to say, Andrea will be our go to realtor from now on.
