Andrea Szlavik came recommended when I was ready to discuss selling my house. She came over for a preliminary discussion. We talked about minor issues to do prior to listing. I contacted her again about six months later. As a single woman, I needed someone I could trust. I trusted her throughout the entire process. She was not pushy at all but responsive by phone within minutes. She priced it right, had an open house and presented me with eight offers. She handled it all calmly and professionally. Words can't express how much I recommend Andrea and her team. Trying to find our home shortly after the start of the pandemic in seemingly the most challenging and unpredictable market was not easy to say the least. We must have toured over 50 homes for well over a year, and it wasn't until our 15th offer that we finally landed our first home. There wasn’t a day that went by without some type of communication from her or her team updating us with a status or progress with the house. This post is long overdue. I worked with Andrea to sell my rental home in the Pottstown area. This was early in the pandemic with lock downs in place, and I am in a different State. Andrea not only listed the house, but helped coordinate contractors needed to get the house ready for sale. She followed through on everything needed to get the house ready for sale, and there was A LOT to do. She has a lot of contacts in the industry and her drive and dedication is second to none. Andrea Szlavik is the most attentive and helpful realtor I have ever encountered. Our home buying process raised several challenges including ambivalent sellers, a difficult sellers agent, half a dozen mechanical problems/inspections, and an issue with a third realtor. But Andrea was present and focused, and handled every issue deftly and with a steady calm that I rarely see in any professional.
