It was a real pleasure working with John Martinich who went above and beyond to sell our property. My husband and I needed to sell our condominium, but we didn’t have a real estate agent. We read a review about John from a neighbor in our building who had an excellent experience with him and decided to contact him.
From the first meeting John’s professionalism, knowledge, and motivation impressed us. It gave us confidence to see how knowledgeable he was, not only of general real estate, but also of the local market.
John listened carefully to what we wanted in terms of the timeframe to sell. He gave us detailed guidelines about the next steps so we were ready to list the property. He even sent a professional photographer to take the pictures to upload to the website with the listing.
John gave his full attention to selling our property. Once the condo was listed he was always proactive in arranging showings and open houses. He was also available to answer our questions and provide updates on the sale progress.
We are very appreciative of John’s problem-solver skills. He was prompt to respond to every situation, even challenges out of our hands. In fact, when the first potential buyer could not get through the process, John did not hesitate to immediately list the condo again and sold it within a week!
John truly knows how to sell properties. From the selling process to the settlement he made the process flawless. We live far from the settlement office and John went out of his way to arrange for a mobile notary to come to our home, so we could sign the documents.
Selling a property can be stressful, but having a reliable real estate agent with the professionalism, knowledge, expertise and proactivity that John has definitely makes the process incredible easier. We are grateful to John for selling our property and highly recommend him.

I honestly can't say enough good things about my home buying experience with Level Up Homes. John and his team did a fantastic job of supporting me from the very first listing to closing. As a first time home buyer, everyone told me I would be stressed 24/7 through the entire process, but I really did not feel that way, due to the professionalism and support they provided me. We got the pleasure of working with John for an extended period of time due to us buying a brand new home. The level of support we received from John was truly magnificent and I don't say that lightly. We had to jump through so many hoops during our process with talking to the builder, VIP lists, extra extra VIP lists, and pre-approval nonsense due to the market in 2021. While John goes above and beyond to make one of the most stressful times as smooth as possible, what sold me was him having my back. We had to go toe-to-toe with the builder and sales office to settle a dispute and he was side by side with me the whole way to ensure I got what was promised to me. Don't question hiring this man, just do it!

Andrea is a unicorn. I couldn’t express in a review the full extent of what she supported us through - but hey, I will give it a try.

Let me start by putting the bottom line up front. Andrea is a seasoned and polished professional that pays attention to every detail of your deal so that you can focus on the things that are important to you - like relocating your family, maintaining your career and daydreaming about your new home. She’s an excellent communicator and someone you want on your team every time, period.

We bought our “forever home” and sold our “starter home” all from six thousand miles away while relocating from Hawaii back to Virginia. We needed someone who could work with the time difference and be our eyes and advocate while we made decisions from a great distance. Andrea did all that while making us feel like her only and most important clients the whole time. We are tough customers and Andrea put our worries at ease and worked tirelessly to ensure our satisfaction with each piece of the process. She knew what neighborhoods we’d love and did everything she could to make us stand out as incredible buyers, securing us our home in an insanely competitive market. On the selling side, Andrea sold a home for us in 24 hours at top dollar with no contingencies, aided our tenant in her move-out process and coordinated every repair and detail needed for a smooth transaction.

When we arrived in VA she not only made every detail perfect, greeting us with much needed coffee and reminders of Hawaii, but also showed up at the door with insane gift bags for my girls with everything a pre-teen would ever dream of having. Then she showed up weeks later when we needed an extra air bed! Andrea never stops caring for her clients.

We call Andrea a unicorn because she’s the perfect blend of knowledgeable professional and feisty New Yorker that is exactly what you need on your side during the home buying and selling process. She’s magic.

Andrea helped us not only sell our home in NoVA, but she made the process so enjoyable, I wish we had another home to sell!! She arrived the same day I did the final walk through with our tenants and she (and her team) worked so quickly to get the house listed in 2 weeks and sold in less than 24 hours. From the sound advice about what should be done to improve the home, to the quick estimates from multiple contractors, to the impeccable interior design staging, to the professional pictures, and the added personal touch of a video (which we did a little cameo in .. that was fun!). I can go on and on but above everything, the constant and clear communication of what was happening every step of the way was comforting and honestly, so easy considering we live an hour away from the property. We appreciated her authenticity because in such a crazy market, we had so many moments of indecisiveness. She helped so much with her expertise. I absolutely would recommend Andrea and her team.
