She took all the stress out of selling a home and communicated efficiently with my tenants and the buyers to close quickly and effortlessly. Andrea is an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and loyal agent. She has a deep understanding of the market, but more importantly has a gift of interpreting the needs and desires of her clients. Andrea sent us listings for many months that were specifically geared to the type of house and neighborhood that we were interested in. When we found "the one" she developed a strategy for a successful offer and then helped guide us through getting our house ready for photos and showings. She helped the buyers with design ideas which helped us streamline the process from concept to fabrication of their kitchen as well as other cabinetry/millwork. She was able to find us an updated home that we love on the same street as our family members, so it could not have worked out better! We are currently working with her to prep and list an investment condo. Andrea was fantastic. She always made herself available and was extremely knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods in Fairfield. The biggest positive is that she got us the house we wanted! I can’t say enough great things about Andrea. After being a nomad and buying 6 houses in 6 years she really listened to me and found me the perfect home. Number 7, I’m never selling! I also never saw myself living in it either. She saw I needed privacy, my driveway is over a quarter mile long. She heard me say I rented a summer house for a pool. My house has a gorgeous in ground pool. I work all the time, my home has a private office separate from my main house with its own entrance. She really listens and nailed it. The listing agent was a complete nightmare to deal with too. That never stopped Andrea. She even negotiated a large credit back after my home inspection. 20 stars to this hardworking girl!!!

Andrea is the hardest working Realtor I have ever met. She truly puts her clients first and genuinely cares about them. She wants you to find a home you absolutely love and will not stop until you find it.
