Andrea Warner has been in the real estate business for more than a decade. She started Colorado Peak Real Estate in 2011. Her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market stand out. She finds it very important to give back to the community and is a part of many organizations in the area.

Andrea is a North Carolina native who fell in love with Colorado. She made Colorado her home in 2006. Not shortly after in 2009, Andrea entered the real estate business and opened Colorado Peak Real Estate in 2011. Her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market make her a sought-after agent.

Andrea takes advantage of what the beautiful Colorado Springs area has to offer. She enjoys the outdoors and traveling, as well as, attending art shows, live music, and festivals.

As an outstanding member of NAR (National Association of REALTORS), CAR (Colorado Association of REALTORS), NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) CSNARPM (Colorado Springs branch of NARPM), PPAR (Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS), Council of Elite Property Managers, and the Independent Broker Forum; Andrea champions for property rights and landlord rights by testifying at the capitol. She is a board director of the local and state real estate association. Plus, a director of both the state and local level legislative policy and government affairs committee.

Andrea is very active in our local community by being a member of the Old Colorado City Association and partners with them through their community events. She is also an outstanding member of the Manitou Springs Chamber and an ongoing sponsor at many of their events.
