We had a wonderful experience working with Andreea to buy a home in Alexandria. She was incredibly responsive throughout the process of searching for listings that met our criteria, setting up showings, drafting and making an offer, and seeing it through to closing. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the market and how sellers think, which was very reassuring and helpful to us as first-time buyers. Her instincts about how to make a competitive offer were spot on. Andreea has been fantastic to work with, she patiently understands what I'm looking for and gives me transparent insight on the market so that my expectations are met in reality. She is able to show me homes that otherwise I wouldn't have thought about just from picking up subtle clues in conversations which I really appreciate.

Andreea was extremely impressive and having her as our buyer's agent was so beneficial to finding the right home for us in Old Town Alexandria. Sometimes it's really the little things that make a huge difference, like being responsive every single time, providing thoughtful insights and suggestions, and quickly learning and identifying the nuances of our preferences without being directly told every little thing (and sometimes without us even realizing for ourselves that they were our preferences); and Andreea provided all of that on top of the big things anyone would want their agent to handle and execute well, which she did amazingly well. Her knowledge and resources to gauge and understand the market and the way sellers think was another big advantage. Ultimately, things went flawlessly (which is really saying something as anyone who's ever been through more than one home transaction likely knows well) thanks to Andreea's attention to detail, expertise, and awesome attitude, and we would absolutely work with her again for any future home transactions (buy or sell)!
