This is a team full of professionals that makes the home buying process quick and easy! I was in search of my first home and had been looking for two years. I was referred to Dan Ferguson through a friend and was assured he would have a no pressure approach. My criteria for the house proved to be very difficult to find and the house was actually found outside of the search area. As a former realtor, it was important for me when listing my parents home recently, to find a realtor who would truly care about my needs and the emotional attachment to the childhood home and neighborhood. After searching for And interviewing several realtors in the area, I chose Andy Alger and the Andy Alger team from Keller Williams First in Fenton... after interviewing Andy, it was evident that he and his team were the right fit for me. He shared a similar situation recently where he had lost his own parents, and had to go through the emotional stress of selling their home. He and his team took the upmost care and staying connected with me throughout the whole process. Being an older home, there were some concerning issues that had to be dealt with. Andy and his team never once ignored the phone calls or a texts from me, but answered every question and concern I had in a reasonable timeframe. Their experience and expertise help them to stay on top of every situation we faced, especially in this volatile real estate market we are now in. I cannot say enough good about Andy Alger and his team. To me, they are the cream of the crop! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering selling or buying a home or property. They helped to make the process as seamless and painless as possible.

She was knowledgable when we had questions and if there was ever anything she may not know, Andy was just a call away. When we found the house we wanted to make an offer on Andy came and did a walk through with us for a second time to give us his input and to make sure he felt comfortable with us making an offer on this bank owned home.

Andy and his team worked with us for over 2 years to find the perfect home. I never once felt an ounce of pressure and from the beginning it was all about US. Multiple times he actually encouraged us to not to buy based on what our original goals were. And looking back he turned out to be exactly right.

In turn, we ended up having to sell that home quickly as I took an out of state job. They sold my home in 48 hours...on a holiday weekend no less.

There was open communication from beginning to end on both transactions and they were careful to educate us along the way.
