Andrew Beckman

Andrew Beckman began his career in real estate in 2018 after a successful career as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for Jefferson County. Having been a trial lawyer for 4 years in the Narcotics Unit, Andrew has a unique skill set that benefits his clients during every phase of the transaction. His trial skills transferred seamlessly to real estate and Andrew has since sold over $15m in closed transactions and is a top one hundred realtor in Louisville. Andrew's foray into real estate started with investing. As an investor, he owns and operates rental properties in the Germantown and Shelby Park areas, focusing on servicing the University of Louisville market. As a full-time Realtor, he views his role as that of a fiduciary counselor for his clients, advising them on opportunities in the market and real estate strategies that extend beyond the sale of a primary residence. His focus on providing more value to his clients has helped him build a powerful network and is the reason for his immediate success. Andrew received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville as well as a master’s degree in Civic Leadership. He received his bachelor’s degree from Murray State University where he was a division 1 Cross Country athlete. Andrew is an alum of Male High School, where he ran, swam, and played lacrosse. Currently, Andrew is the Director of Appriss Racing, a regional cycling team, and enjoys spending his free time on a bike or running through Cherokee and Seneca Park where he currently resides with his wife, son Davis and his dog Jackson.
