AC: He would say his area of expertise is knowing the market like the back of his hand and staying current with the cycles that change every day in it. He offers a lot of value to investors, builders, and land developers.

AC: He believes what makes him stand out from other agents is his willingness to ask the deeper questions to really find out what a client’s goals are and where they want to be in life. He always wants to create a comfortable trust zone from day one so clients will always use him for all their real estate needs.
