Andrew and his assistant Katie are the real deal!! They are FULL TIME real estate professionals who thoroughly understand the real estate industry. Prior to working with Katie and Andrew I had the unfortunate experience of hiring a part time realtor( it didn't work out well). However, that experience made me appreciate working with true professionals.
The bottom line is Katie and Andrew are the epitome of excellence and professionalism!! Even though the house I was selling was modest they treated it like a million dollar home and got it sold!
Call them first or call them last, but please do your self a favor and call them!

Andrew and his assistant Katie were incredibly helpful and supportive through our entire house selling process (which was incredibly fast). Katie in particular was always available and responsive and ready to listen to any venting/stressing out, and offering words of advice whenever needed. We would absolutely work with them again. House went under contract within 24 hours of going live and they were fabulous the whole way through, from first walk through to closing.

Andrew really goes the extra mile. We had difficulty selling a home in an area where to prices were dropping. The home was old but by the time he and Katie made suggestions and used their contacts, the house was put it great shape and finally sold. Having a Realtor who often went to the house as we were out of the area, and check things, assess things, and take action was very helpful and got the task completed. Difficult situation but great service that was over the top. Thanks-Ben

Andrew was the best realtor I have ever worked with by far. From the first meeting, he provided objective advice and a sound plan. The short sales situation was complicated and drawn out. Not only did he do everything to achieve a successful sale, he had an excellent team of professionals that he brought to the table for a truly orchestrated result. We could not be happier and recommend him without reservation to anyone selling a home, regardless of the situation. This was not a "high end" sale, but we were treated as very important customers.
