I moved to Nashville in January 2019 from out of State and was unfamiliar with the neighborhoods. Andrew went above and beyond to help me purchase a home and find a house in the location suitable for my needs (in limited timeframes due to my living out of state). He remained in contact with me as often as i needed and was always available via text, email and/or phone calls. He was always available to show me homes when i did fly into town, and also sent me links to homes that matched my needs as they came on the market. Once I did pick a home that i wanted to purchase, Andrew handled the process seamlessly and made it very simple. I highly recommend Andrew, he is a great realtor who is super friendly too! Andrew is one of the good ones folks. My family needed help finding our next home in the Lebanon area and we had a ton of requirements...Andrew had a ton of experience and a ton of patience too.

During the very first phases of our family looking for our new home, I found a home I wanted to see on Zillow. I filled in my info and he was the first to contact me. Honestly, I thought we would just go look at that home and that would be it. I did not have high expectations since I just thought this agent just wants to make a sell. Well, of course he wants to make a sell, BUT we felt that he was genuinely more concerned that we found a home that was the BEST home for our family. Needless to say our family hit it off with Andrew.

We never felt pressured at anytime to close on any home that he showed us, and he was always honest with feedback of where we needed to be as a buyer and where the seller needed to be within any negotiations. He knows the market and he knows this area.

Andrew is a joy to be around. He is professional and has a great sense of humor! We are big fans of Andrew and if/when we decide to look again he will be the first we reach out to for any advice. Thumbs up here!

My wife and I have used Andrew for our agent on 3 different transactions. His sense of understanding and calm is a welcome relief from the hectic nature of real estate. His knowledge and time spent in the market helps him to move quickly when needed, yet he was tirelessly patient with my wife and I as we continued to look for the house that struck our fancy. He was so good in fact we referred some friend who missed out on a deal due to their agent not acting in a timely manner. I wouldnt hesitate to refer him to anyone that I knew in the market and often do. In my opinion his service is what makes him our agent. He always knows what is coming next in the process and simplifies it to help it go as smoothly as possible.

We waited 10 years to finally decide to move our family out of a town home and into a house with a yard. I sent a request via Zillow to look at a home and Andrew was the first to call. Our family worked with Andrew for over a year trying to find our "perfect" home. We had a small budget with big expectations...Andrew was SO patient with us...looking at home after home and with loosing a couple bids (due to us going in too low in a SUPER competitive market).
Andrew is awesome. Always positive. Always honest. We completely trust him. IF you are looking to buy/sell your home you are better served by the experienced realtor like Andrew, my family thinks he is the best!

This guy went above and beyond for my family and I. It turned out we weren't in the right place to buy a house in this market but even knowing that Andrew didn't give up on us. He took us to view many different properties at our convenience and helped guide us to make a smart and knowledgeable decision. Andrew assisted us with buying and selling a house. What I thought at the beginning of our process was going to be quick and easy ended up taking a lot more time and work. Andrew was there through it all and went above expectations to make sure we were always aware of the process. He was able to negotiate with the buyers on the sale of our home to work in our best interest. He was prompt with appointments and worked around our schedules. We will recommend him to friends, family, and anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Andrew is a genuine and great guy. He was awesome to work with during the 3 months my boyfriend and I were looking for a house. I could not tell you how many times my boyfriend and I would text Andrew during a day over houses. He always replies, he's honest, and always made time for us. My boyfriend still texts him occasionally for advice regarding our new house.
