About Andrew
Andy Goodall was raised to become a real estate professional. From an early age he was involved in his parent’s small rental business. Throughout the weekends and summers he was kept busy working on and maintaining properties. As he grew up he decided he wanted to get more involved in real estate, and he started purchasing real estate as an investment. He enjoys working with the numbers in real estate, and he understands the differences in good investments and expensive education. He received his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University in Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies. After college he wanted to understand another important side of real estate, Finance, so he obtained his Mortgage Banker’s license. Having the unique understanding and experience in the finance world for over 8 years allows him to share this invaluable perspective with his clients. Structuring real estate deals in conjunction with understanding the finance world is key when looking out for his clients. Helping people through the ever changing world of real estate started as an after school job, then to a hobby and now a full time career.
He feels that his primary role is to educate his clients and to provide them with all of the tools, information and resources they need to make an informed decision on their own. He is a straight shooter, and he makes “Real Estate – Real Simple” He does this by taking all of the guess work out of it for those he represents, so they can avoid any pitfalls they may encounter along the way. His vast market knowledge, advanced education, experience and use of today’s technology is a large part of how he can help make a real estate transaction as seamless as possible for you. He works primarily with Buyers & Sellers involved in Residential Real Estate transactions including: Single Family Homes, Condos, Investment Properties, New Construction and Foreclosures.
