Andrew Grashuis

Andrew was born and raised in the Greater Grand Rapids Area and takes pride and accomplishment in creating a seamless, thorough, and wonderful Real Estate experience from the beginning to the end. His commitment to his clients goes beyond the transaction itself. He believes to gain the trust of someone looking to make one of the biggest Sales of their lives, it takes a level of energy and enthusiasm, so the client knows that their best interest is in mind. Andrew believes that hard work and attention to detail is the only way to perform in any real estate transaction. Andrew is passionate about giving back to the community which was how he was raised, an acting Volunteer on both the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House of WM, raising tens of thousands of dollars for the charity he loves.

Andrew’s past and present has him as an active Coach for Girls basketball along with having been a football coach for his alma mater, South Christian High School for ten years. The commitment, dedication and hard work of his coaching staff and the players have earned them trips to the state finals three times winning in 2012 and 2014. Andrew currently lives in East Grand Rapids and has been married to his wife Cristina since 2004. He has two daughters Brecken and Finley, and a son Daxton. Andrew has been a Realtor with Greenridge for 20 years. He started in the business working for his father who has been a realtor for over 40 years, and has learned a great deal about commitment, building and retaining relationships, and hard work. With extensive knowledge of the greater Grand Rapids area, Andrew specializes in all areas of residential real estate and has managed dealings in luxury homes, second homes, condominiums, starter homes and everything in between. This knowledge gives him leverage to provide the best in negotiations, as well as sound advice about real estate needs.
