Rooted in Washington state since birth, what drew me to real estate wasn't the industry — it was the opportunity to show up for people during one of the most important moments of their lives. With a deep commitment to the people around me, a genuine desire to serve, and the belief that every person deserves to be treated like family. These aren't values I discovered professionally, they are the foundation I was built on.

Our family has called the Puget Sound region home since the early 1920s, and the values my great-grandfather Fujitaro Kubota lived by when he established the Kubota Gardens in South Seattle, are the same values that were passed down to me, and the same ones that guide me today.

What ultimately led me to get my real estate license wasn't a career plan — in fact, it was my family. We needed to find a home where my aging parents could live comfortably alongside my wife and I, our two children, and our family dog, and I was determined to find the right solution. Navigating that process, with so many needs to balance and so much at stake, gave me a perspective no classroom could teach. I discovered firsthand what it feels like when this decision is deeply personal — and that understanding shapes everything about how I work with clients.
