As a Washington native, I have bought, sold, built, leased, and admired homes all over the state. Despite all of that experience, I still felt that the modern market was out of reach in many ways for my family and friends. So I did the only thing a career teacher and principal could do; I started learning. Knowledge is power and I knew that lifting the curtain and deeply understanding how it all worked was my only chance of helping myself and others. Currently, I live on Whidbey Island in a beautiful cabin on the water where I play on the trails with my partner Sarah and golden retriever Coho, bike with my family and friends, and sail the San Juan Islands. Four generations have enjoyed our property and we don’t plan to stop any time soon.
