Andrew is truly the best! He made house hunting fun and exciting and helped us find the perfect home for our family. From scheduling showings to submitting an offer, negotiating a fantastic deal beyond our expectations as well as a quick closing, he made the entire process so enjoyable and easy for us.

As newcomers to the area we felt a huge sense of relief having his guidance. Andrew went above and beyond to find us our vacation home! After he patiently and intently helped us narrow down our search, we found the area we wanted to buy in, but were getting beat out of all of the offers we would put in on listed properties in a very competitive market. Andrew went a step further and found us not one but two off-market properties in the area we wanted to be in and made it happen for us! He was very thorough, always got answers to our questions (and in a very timely fashion if need be), was very accommodating for showings, and just all around a great agent from start to even now after closing. Andrew provided us with an awesome home buying experience.
We had driven in from several hours away and had arranged to meet another realtor. That realtor canceled on us at the last minute. We called Andrew, and he immediately helped us. With very limited time and notice, he arranged several home showings that afternoon. He helped guide us with his knowledge of the area and local home market. That was so vital in deciding where and what home to buy. He was so accommodating and never pushy or rushed. Without reservation, I highly recommend Andrew for any real estate business or transaction.

I have a brokers license from another state. I understand the importance of being represented by an agent with local knowledge, skill and work ethics. My wife & I tried to buy 6 houses since mid 2020. Andrew was a champ through the whole process. He never tried to sell us but really helped us find and buy what we were looking for.
