Andrew Maguire

Andy has called Colorado home for the past 5 years. He was born in Boston and has lived in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Shanghai, China, before moving here in 2012. He is a University of Massachusetts, Amherst graduate with a degree in Finance and Accounting. Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Andy was an executive for The Sherwin Williams Company heading up the Asia Pacific region based in Shanghai, China. Andy’s extensive sales, marketing, management and negotiating expertise has proved especially useful in his real estate business.

Andy’s passion for real estate emerged when he and his wife, Deirdre, started looking for a house in Denver. He explored each of the neighborhoods in the city to understand what each neighborhood had to offer based upon the criteria that was important to them. After looking at over one hundred homes throughout the city, they found a newly built duplex in the Berkeley neighborhood that met all their needs. Vibrant Tennyson Street in the Berkeley neighborhood, appealed to Andy and after two years continues to surpass his expectations. Based upon subjective experiences, he brings this type of passion to the needs and desires of all his clients. He realizes that making a sound real estate decision based upon facts and his client’s criteria is essential in the highly competitive Denver market.
