Andrew was so helpful with the sale of my house! Truly exceptional. He is the type of realtor who "does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are first priority. I consider myself lucky to have found Andrew. I had been a first time home buyer so I didn't know much about all of the steps needed in the process of selling a home. I didn't know what to expect but he ensured that: (1) I had the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big); and (2) that my expectations were met. Andrew exceeded in both aspects!

The amount of effort and time he put into helping me get my house "picture perfect" was amazing. From helping me stage rooms to small repairs, you just won't find this type of help anywhere else! It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but he was really focused on making sure I was satisfied through the process and with the outcome.

Having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process which can normally feel stressful.

Overall, I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers. I cannot say enough about my experience. Andrew sets the highest standards, and truly practices “service above self.”

It was my first time selling a home and Andrew made the whole process a breeze! From guiding me on how to prepare the house, to expert pricing, to a smooth closing day process, I was never worried about a thing because Andrew made sure there was nothing to worry about. He really puts each and every client at the top of his list!
