Mr. Andrew helped me buy my first home. He made the process so simple and easy for the first time ever going through something as big as buying a home. He broke everything down so I could understand everything that was going on. He was also willing to work around my tough schedule to ensure I was still able to look at the houses I wanted to see. I use to think that exceptional customer service, let alone the basic minimum customer service, had become a lost skill set. Andrew quickly convinced me otherwise. We met Andrew on our first trip to Nashville in the Fall of 2020 right smack in the middle of the Covid shutdown. Andrew was willing to meet us at his office even though the office was deserted due to the pandemic. We could only imagine what each other looked like behind the masks we had to wear. Andrew listened to our needs and set us up with apps so we could monitor the current market in Nashville. Even though our immediate plans to move to Nashville fell through, Andrew kept us to date with the local market.

Fast forward 1 1/2 years and we finally made the move to Nashville and one of our first contacts was Andrew to start the search for that perfect home. Of course by this time the market was red hot and finding the right place to call home was challenging. Andrew not only kept feeding us property information, but due to the rapid pace of the market he showed us property at all hours of the day any day we wanted to look at one. We finally found the right house for us and Andrew worked diligently to close the deal for us.

We have used a lots of realtors over the years moving from city to city, but Andrew surpassed them all in the way he conducted business. We recommend anyone that is looking for a realtor to call on Andrew and let him do the rest!
