Andrew Suh

Prior to joining CLand Realty, Suh worked at NAI James E. Hanson, a leading commercial real estate firm in Hackensack, NJ. Suh also has over 10 years of experience as a team leader and property manager at Southpole, where he managed over 500,000 square feet of corporate headquarters, warehouse and showroom space in NYC. In this role, Suh acquired over fifteen tenants by direct owner representation and generated over two million dollars of lease income per year. Other prior experience includes Reginal sales coordinator of machinery division at Samsung America Inc and operation manager of Web2zone, a subsidiary company of Samsung America. Andrew is also currently managing member of Xtreme Gaming center in NJ & NYC and previous owner of his own technology business, Netzone in midtown NYC. As a member of CLand realty, Suh continues to expand his expertise in commercial & residential sectors in the Bergen County / NYC area.
