About Andrew

Andrew Warburton is an experienced Broker and Realtor who is highly motivated about home ownership and fulfilling the American Dream. Andrew has successfully closed hundreds of transactions in Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, and Orange Counties. As an immigrant to the USA, Andrew has a love both for this country and the opportunities that are so readily available here. Raised and educated in England, Andrew attended some of the finest and most traditional English educational establishments including King Edwards School Bath and Portsmouth Grammar School. Andrew graduated from Leeds University in 1978 with Honors. He benefited from rigorous business training and a versatile Sales and Marketing career with British Airways, Xerox, NSA and Lanier. Andrew's real estate career began in 1990 when times were hard for many who owned property in Southern California. “Listing homes in difficult times forced me to develop proactive marketing strategies beyond the norm..,”Andrew explains, “The strategies that I developed have proven to be invaluable both in buyers' and sellers' markets. Annette received her California Real Estate License in 2002 and began her Real Estate Career at RE/MAX Experience. Here, she met Andrew on his first day at RE/MAX and they have been working together in Real Estate ever since. In 2012, they opened their own real estate brokerage, Warburton Properties, now with over 40 agents, most of whom they mentor individually. Andrew and Annette explain, “Our brokerage is really a big family. Every week, we hold an agent training in our home. In addition to training, the agents build relationships with one another. They learn, laugh, share and build meaningful authentic relationships.” They also LOVE working together! They explain, “We create time for business and family by a process we call ‘weaving.’ It combines the best of both worlds for our family.
