We've actually used Andria three times for three different real estate deals. When my mother-in-law decided it was time to sell the family farm ground that she inherited many years ago, we hired Andria based on our great previous experiences on the other two deals.

Selling my mother-in-law's family farm ground was a very emotional experience for her and Andria walked her through the various options (fixed price vs auction) and we ultimately went with the auction format. On the day of the auction, it couldn't have gone better.

Andria's team had done a great job of marketing the sale and had a group of qualified buyers there and her land sold that day. Most-importantly, my mother-in-law was very happy and felt like she had honored her parents with the way everything was handled.

Andria helped me purchase two different tracts of farm ground and I could tell that one of them was going to sell quickly. She re-arranged her schedule and drove an hour to meet me so I could look at the land. We made an offer that day and were able to get the property before the other showings could even see it.

Andria is very professional, friendly, and very detail-oriented. If you're busy like me, it's nice to know there's nothing to worry about - she'll take care of everything and keep you informed along the way.
