Andy Kay

Since 1986, he has become “the go-to” local broker for multi-family investors along the central coast. The experience gained from his earlier career when he focused on residential real estate dealing with all the emotional components of real estate to his understanding of complex transactions, he has successfully closed over 355 real estate transactions from the first-timer duplex investment to a recent 168-unit apartment complex sale which closed over $55,000,000.

In addition, he has assisted scores of multi-residential owners transition from apartment ownership into less management intensive NNN leased options across the country.

Andy Kay is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member – the Ph.D. of commercial real estate) a designation held by less than 1% of all licensed real estate agents.
He graduated University of California at Berkeley with a bachelor degree writing his own major: solar energy/energy conservation.

Andy has lived in Santa Cruz since 1980 and thoroughly enjoys living the coastal lifestyle. He is married and has 3 children who were born and raised in Santa Cruz. Hobbies include singing, playing keyboards/guitar in a local band, golfer, poker, sailing, bike rides along the coast with his dog Bliss and vacationing in Costa Rica.
