Andy started his real estate career in 2000, working in the Southeast of England for a large well-known estate agency chain. Having learned the business through extensive training courses, he moved onto a smaller independent company where customer service was the main focus. In 2009 Andy decided to combine everything he had learnt over those nine years and started his company, Andrew & Co Estate Agents Ltd. Moving on another nine years and the UK brokerage currently sells over 750 properties each year, and sold over $150M of property in 2016, 2017 & 2018, increasing to over $200M in 2020 & $250m in 2021. Andy has appeared on various UK TV property shows and has built a business from zero, to thirty-eight full-time staff with six office locations. Maxim Realty Orlando was then formed in 2017 where successful management structures from the business in the United Kingdom were brought to Orlando, Florida. Within a year of working in the Orlando market, Andy found himself in the top 1% of Realtors based on sales volume and was voted a Rising Star for Central Florida by Orlando Real Producers. With the addition of Maxim Realtors LLC in Ft Myers in April 2018, they now have a wide range of access, services, and real estate knowledge for clients, no matter where they are in the world. Andy has extensive experience in real estate and has sold all different kinds of properties, from houseboats, studio apartments, 14th-century manor houses, modern-day mansions to modern-day castles.
