Andy Richardson is a native of Monroe, North Carolina. He moved to Wilmington in 1998 and began his Real Estate Career in 2003. Andy is Very fortunate to be blessed with a very loving and caring family. At a very young age, his parents instilled upon him the same values and ethics that he continues to practice today in life and his Real Estate business.

Andy holds a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He specializes in Residential and Commercial Sales and Leases, working with local sellers and landlords as well as all types of buyers, from first-time home buyers to experienced investors.
