Aneela was the listing agent on the home we ended up buying. We initially toured the home without a realtor with the plan to eventually hire a real estate agent to help us navigate the home buying process. But we met Aneela and were so impressed with her market knowledge and trustworthiness, we decided to work work with her instead. We wouldn’t have trusted any other listing agent to give us fair representation, but Aneela was so professional and experienced that she was able to moderate a good deal for both sides. We recommend Aneela for anyone looking to buy or sell a house in LA, she’s very good at what she does!

Aneela has been tremendously valuable to us as we have been going through our remodel process in our house in West LA. She brought not only great ideas to the table but also many resources, such as connecting us with the right tile, wood, hardscaper, landscaper and the interior finish experts. We were super nervous when we got started because we weren't sure if we were being taken advantage of by the contractors, Aneela made our process smooth by guiding us in the right direction. Aneela will not steer you in the wrong way. You can truly trust her with your real estate needs.

My husband and I have been blessed to remain in a position that has allowed us to invest in homes as we expand our family and leave a legacy for our children across three continents. We can whole heartedly say without a doubt that we have never met someone so perfectly suited to Real Estate than Aneela Zaman. From our initial engagement via email, to a laser focused understanding of what was often an inconsistent - sometimes incoherent list of wants, needs and strike outs, she produced a comprehensive list of properties which ticked most, if not every box.

There was never a time we felt we weren’t being heard, or that any request was too much - no matter how late the volley of texts began. Her accuracy in finding us exactly what we wanted after one or two conversations was incredible. Aneela is a rare breed, in such an industry she stands out as one of the most caring and authentic people you may ever meet. It’s about the relationship before all else and Aneela always looks out for your best interest. If something doesn’t feel right there is a reason and she will lean into it to make sure you’re comfortable. She listens intently and asks all the right questions responding with information and education so you can make the right choice/decisions. Aneela has come through for my wife and I twice with beautiful homes. I wouldn’t put my trust in anyone else.
