Welcome to Statesman Realty, based in the heart of downtown Lodi! As the broker and co-owner (together with my husband, Kenny:) of Statesman Realty, we are proud to carry on founder Larry Underhill's 40+ year tradition of trustworthy excellence. A licensed Realtor for over 25 years, I am a veteran of hundreds of real estate "transactions." In addition to my in the trenches real estate experience, I spent several years in project and team management, extremely useful in the world of real estate.
